C.P. of $12$ articles $=$ S.P.of $10$ articles $=$ Rs. $10$
S.P. of $12$ articles $=$ Rs. $12$
$\therefore$ Profit $=12-10=$ Rs. $2$
$\Rightarrow$ Profit $\%=$ $(\frac{2}{10}\times 100)$ $\%=20\%$
