Let data : 10,20,30,40,50

Mean of the data =30

If data is increased by twice then

Data : 20,40,60,80,100

Mean of this data =60

Therefore, the mean gets doubled .

Thus, Mean gets doubled if the data is increased twice .

Hence, the answer of the given question is : YES.
