We know that, $1m=100cm$

$\therefore l=3\times 100cm=300cm$

Breadth of the rectangle $=75cm$

We know that, perimeter of a rectangle $=2(l+b)$

$=2(300+75)$

$=2\times 375$

$=750cm$

$=\frac{750}{100}m$

$=7.5m$

We also know that, area of a rectangle $=l\times b$

$=300\times 75$

$=22500c{m}^2$

$=\frac{22500}{100\times 100}{m}^2$

$=2.25m^2$

Hence, the perimeter of the rectangle is $7.5m$ and its area is $2.25m^2$.
