Now, ratio of area to the perimeter of the room $= 150 : 50$
Lowest form of $150 : 50 = \frac{150}{50} = \frac{3}{1} = 3 : 1$ ( Divide both $150$ and $50$ by their HCF $50$ )
Hence, Area : Perimeter $=$ $3 : 1$
