Solution

Radius of circle 3.5cm
Length of circular is given by x360×2πr=10x360×2×227×3.5=10x360=10221
Area of the sector is given by x360×πr21022×227×3.5×3.55×3.517.5cm2
Area of circle is πr2=227×3.5×3.538.5cm2
Area of major sector is 38.517.5cm2=21cm2
