The diameter of the circle is perpendicular distance between the parallel lines (tangents) 3x - 4y + 4 = 0 and 3x - 4y + 4 = 0 and 3x4y72=0 and so it is equal to 49+16+7/29+16=32.
Hence radius is 34.
