The correct option is D 9
We have,
$11 = \frac{x + x + 2 + x + 4 + x + 6 + x + 8}{5}$
$11 = \frac{5 x + 20}{5}$
$35 = 5 x$
$x = 7$
Now, the first three observations are 7, 9 and 11
Their mean would be
$\frac{7 + 9 + 11}{3}$
$\frac{27}{3} = 9$
