Solution

Radius of the sphere (r) =?
Surface area of the sphere = 314 sq cm
Surface area of a sphere = 4πr2
⇒ 314 = 4 × 3.14 × r2
r2=3144×3.14r2=25r=5 cm
Volume of sphere = 43πr3
=43×3.14×5×5×5=523.33 cu cm
