KE = hν hν0

If hν = hν0 [or v = v0]

KE = 0

Option (a) is correct.

For option (b), we know from Einstein's equation,

It is also correct.

We know that, The number of electrons ejected is proportional to the intensity or brightness of light.

So option (c) is also correct.
