As two cubes of volume 216 m3 are combined to form the cuboid.

Volume of cuboid=216 m3+216 m3=432 m3
Now,
Volume of cube=(side)3
(side)3=216
(side)3=(6)3
Side=6 m


The formed cuboid has dimension 12m×6m×6m.
So, the total surface area of cuboid
=2(lb+bh+hl)
=2[(12×6)+(6×6)+(6×12)]
=360 m2
