The correct option is B $5 Ω$ if $V_{A} > V_{B}$
If $V_{A} > V_{B},$ the diode is in forward biased and the current passes through both the resistances. So equivalent resistance $R_{e q} = 5 Ω$
If $V_{A} < V_{B}$ , the diode is in reverse biased, thus hardly any current would pass through the upper resistance of $10 Ω$
