Question

If we are pushing a wall , we are applying force but no effects of force ( like change in shape , size , direction , etc.) is seen .
Why is it so ?

Because Work done = Force×displacementHere since displacement=0so, Work done = Force×0=0Hence the work done in pushing the wall is zero.
