The correct option is B 32 cm
When a square of side 2 cm is cut out from every corner of a square frame of side 8 cm, we get the below given shape.


It has 4 edges of length 4 cm and 8 edges of length 2 cm.
New perimeter=4×(4 cm)+8×(2 cm)
=16 cm+16 cm
=32 cm

Note that the perimeter of the frame has not changed even when 4 small squares were cut out of it!
