We have,

$\frac{x}{x} = 1$

$\Rightarrow x = x$

Suppose that,

$\frac{x}{x} = 1$

$\frac{0}{0} = 1$

$H e n c e, 0 = 1 \times 0$

$t h e r f o r e,$

$2 \times 0 = 1 \times 0$

$\Rightarrow 2 \times 0 = 0$

$s o,$

$\frac{2}{1} = \frac{0}{0}$

$t h u s,$

$2 = 1$

Hence, this is the answer.
