The correct option is B $4 : 9$
$∵$ x : y = 3 : 4
$∴$ Given Exp. $= (4 x - y) : (2 x + 3 y)$
= $\frac{(4 \frac{x}{y} - 1)}{(2 \frac{x}{y} + 3)}$
= $\frac{(4 \times \frac{3}{4} - 1)}{(2 \times \frac{3}{4} + 3)}$
= $\frac{(3 - 1)}{(\frac{3}{2} + 3)}$
= $\frac{2}{(\frac{9}{2})} = \frac{4}{9} = 4 : 9$
