Differentiate on both sides w.r.t x

dydx=3x2log1x+x311x1x2

dydx=x2(3log1x1)

Again differentiating on both sides w.r.t x

d2ydx2=2x(3log1x1)+3x2(1x2)⎜ ⎜11x⎟ ⎟

=2x(3log1x1)3x

xd2ydx22dydx=6x2log1x5x26x2log1x+2x2

xd2ydx22dydx+3x2=0
