Andhra Jana Sangham was a people’s organization in the state of Hyderabad. This was a mass movement launched to uplift the self-esteem of Telugu speaking people of Hyderabad state under Nizam rule. This was formed in the year 1921. Pioneers who played a role in launching it was Suravaram Pratapareddy, Madapati Hanumantha Rao, Komarraju Venkata Lakshmana Rao. In 1930, in the conference held, Andhra Jana Sangham had converted its name into Andhra Mahasabha.
