Their earning will be in the same ratio

$\Rightarrow$ Let gita earned $=4y$

sita earned $=5y$

Total earning $=9y=72000xRs$

$\Rightarrow y=8000xRs$.

$\Rightarrow$ Gita earned $=32000xRs$.

sita earned $=40000xRs$.

Let salary of sita $=p$

$\Rightarrow$ Total earning of sita $=p+40000$.

$\Rightarrow =\frac{32000}{p+40000}=\frac{1}{2}$

$\Rightarrow 64000=p+40000$

$\Rightarrow p=24000xRs$
