The correct option is D 30
Given, Rakhee's rank is 21st serially => 20 students got better rank than her's.
Also given, Rakhee's rank is 34th from bottom => 33 students got a rank below her's.
Hence we can conclude that the total number of students who passed $= 20 + 1 (R a k h e e) + 33 = 54$
Total no: of students in the class $=$ No: of students passed+No: of students failed $+$ No:of students absent $= 54 + 9 + 4 = 67$
Since there are 37 boys(given in the question),the no: of girls $= 67 - 37 = 30$
Hence, option 'A' is correct.
