Thus,
Number of O2 ions =n,

No. of octahedral voids =n
No. of tetrahedral voids =2n
Here,
16 of tetrahedral voids are occupied by cation A

13 of octahedral voids are occupied by cation B
No. of cation B =13×n=n3
