For every x% of total people, the angle in the pie chart will be x% of total angle i.e. 360${}^{\circ }$

${\theta }_N$ = (% of non-veg people) × 360${}^{\circ }$

${\theta }_N$ = $\frac{60}{100}$ × 360 = 216${}^{\circ }$

Similarly, ${\theta }_E$ = $\frac{25}{100}$ × 360 = 90${}^{\circ }$
