The correct option is A 10 cm
Tangents drawn from the same external point are equal in length.
So, AB=AC=5 cm and similarly
PQ=PB+QC
AP+PQ+AQ=(AP+PB)+(AQ+QC)=AB+AC=10 cm
So the perimeter of APQ is 10 cm
So option A is the right answer.
