Let the total number of voters enrolled be x.
Number of votes cast = 75% of x
Since 2% of casted votes are valid, so the total valid vote will be 98% of the casted vote i.e.
Valid votes = 98% of 75% of x
Now, it is given that 9261 is the 75% of valid casted votes so,
75% of 98% of 75% of x = 9261
75×98×75100×100×100×x=9261
x=9261×100×100×10075×98×75
x=16800
Therefore, the total number of voters enrolled are 16800.
