The correct option is B 35%
Let assume D got x marks.

Then according to the question,
Marks obtained by C=85%×x
=0.85x

Marks obtained by B=120%×0.85x
=1.02x

Marks obtained by A=120%×1.02x
=1.224x

But it is given that marks obtained by A is 400,
1.224x=400
x=327

Percentage marks of D=3271000×100
=32.7%
