V=200sin100t Volts

i=100sin(100t+π3) mA

i=100×103sin(100t+π3) A

i=0.1 sin(100t+π3) A

Here, ϕ=(100t+π3)100t=π3

Power dissipated is,

P=V0I02cosϕ

=200×0.12×cos(π3)=10×12=5 W
