In seed drilling method, an iron drill is used to sow the seeds. It is made up of the iron tube having the funnel at the top. It is fitted at the back of a plough and the seeds are put into the funnel. As plough moves, the seeds move from the funnel of the seed drill gradually into the soil furrow made by the plough. Seed drill helps in sowing the seeds at regular intervals.
