Let, Moles of guanine $=$ Moles of cytosine $= x$
$\frac{A + T}{G + C} = 0.93$ (given)
$∴ \frac{2 \times 65000}{2 \times m o l e s o f g u a n i n e} = 0.93$
$∴$ Moles of guanine $= \frac{65000}{0.93} = 69892.5$
