The correct option is B if only conclusion II follows.
There are two cases possible.
No boy is intelligent is a possibility.
At least some intelligent are PG because some PG are girls and all girls are intelligent.
So, this is always correct.
Thus, only conclusions II is correct.
Hence, Option B is correct.
