The correct option is C 120Ω

Let the given load is Z.

Then the current,

I=Zeq.Z+Zeq×ISC ...(i)

Given, I = 70mA, Isc=75mA,vAB=0.6V

From equation (i),

70=Zeq.Z+Zeq×75

7570=1+ZZeq

Zeq=14×Z

and VAB=Z×I

0.6 = Z × 70 × 103

Z=60070

Zeq=14×60070=120Ω
