Here PQRS is a parallelogram.
P=60o.
P=R [ Opposite angles of parallelogram are equal ]
R=60o. ----- ( 1 )
We know that, in parallelogram sum of adjacent angles are supplementary.
P+Q=180o.
60o+Q=180o.
Q=120o. ---- ( 2 )
From ( 1 ) and ( 2 ),
RQ=60o120o=12
R:Q=1:2
