Solution

The correct option is A Renal corpuscle
The glomerulus and its surrounding Bowman's capsule constitute a renal corpuscle, the basic filtration unit of the kidney. There is a negative charge fixed on each of these layers. This negative charge repels plasma components, which also have a negative charge. Size does matter however, and smaller solutes can overcome this charge barrier and pass through the gaps in the filtration barrier. Larger solutes however, like plasma proteins, with a net negative charge are repelled. So if Renal Corpuscles are damaged, then high levels of albumin, proteins and blood cells appear in the urine.
