In steady state condition no current flow through the capacitor,
The equivalent resistance is,
Req=10+20=30Ω
The current flow thought the circuit is
i=230A
The voltage drop across the 10Ω is
V=iR=230×10=23V which is equal to the voltage across capacitor.
The charge stored in the capacitor of capacitance, C=6μF
Q=CV=6×106×23
Q=4μC
