The correct option is C $132 V$
The phasor diagram of $LR$ circuit is given as,

Here, $V_{n e t} = 220 V$ and $V_{L} = 176 V$

From phasor diagram

$V_{n e t}^{2} = V_{R}^{2} + V_{L}^{2}$

$\Rightarrow V_{R}^{2} = V_{n e t}^{2} - V_{L}^{2}$

$= 220^{2} - 176^{2} = 17424$

$\Rightarrow V_{R} = \sqrt{17424} = 132 V$

Hence, option $(C)$ is correct.
