The correct option is A 220 V, 2.2 A
Given, $V_{1} = V_{2} = 300 V; V_{3} = ?, i = ?$
As, We know,
$V = \sqrt{V_{3}^{2} + (V_{1} - V_{2})^{2}}$
We now $(V_{1} - V_{2})^{2} = (300 - 300)^{2} = 0$
$∴ 220 = \sqrt{V_{3}^{2}} = V_{3} \Rightarrow V_{3} = 220 V$
$∴ I = \frac{V_{3}}{R} = \frac{220}{100} = 2.2 A$
So the reading of voltmeter $V_{3} = 220 V$ and Ammeter $A = 2.2 A$ .
