The correct option is A a = b
Given, MN is the diameter of the circle.
Hence, MOA+ AOB+ BON=180
80+ AOB+20=180
AOB=80.

Similarly, the measure of COD=80.

Since, AOB= COD,
so, the measure of Arc AB = the measure of Arc CD.
Hence, a = b.
