In the case of deducting relation among the physical quantities,how can I find the value of the constant?

We cant find constants in this type of deduction. .
it is one of the disadvantage of this method.
also if the equation has 2 or more terms sepereated by addition or subtraction we can only obtain the diamention of the terms.
then we can only compare the equation to some known equations..
