The correct option is A $R_{2}$
Since, the resistors are connected in parallel to each other and the source, voltage across them is same hence the power dissipated in resistors is

$P_{1} = \frac{V^{2}}{R_{1}} \Rightarrow P_{1} \propto \frac{1}{R_{1}}$

and

$P_{2} = \frac{V^{2}}{R_{2}} \Rightarrow P_{2} \propto \frac{1}{R_{2}}$

Given that $R_{1} > R_{2}$ therefore

$P_{1} < P_{2}$

Hence, the power dissipated is greater in $R_{2}$
