The correct option is B 2 calories/sec
Heat generated per sec P=V2R

For 5Ω : 10=V25 V=52 volts

Thus voltage across 4Ω, V=44+6V=410×52=22 volts

Heat generated per sec in 4Ω, P=(V)24=84=2 calories/sec
