The correct option is C V1=V2 and i1 = i2


For circuit 1, Reff = 10 Ω, i1 = 1 A and V1= 10 V
For circuit 2, voltmeter is connected in series combination with 10 Ω in lower branch.
Hence, that branch draws no current because of infinite resistance of voltmeter.
Hence, Reff = 10 Ω, i2 = 1 A
V1=V2, i1=i2
