The correct option is C A- Theca externa, B- Membrana granulosa, C- Ovum, D- Cumulus oophorus, E- Antrum, F- Theca interna
The theca externa (A) is the outer layer of the graafian follicle. Theca interna, inner layer (B) cells express receptors for luteinizing hormone (LH) to produce androstenedione. A small sac, embedded in the ovary, that encloses an ovum (C). The follicular antrum (E) is the portion of an ovarian follicle filled with follicular fluid. Graafian follicle consist of an external fibrovascular coat, connected with the surrounding stroma of the ovary by a network of blood vessels; and an internal coat, which consists of several layers of nucleated cells, called the membrana granulosa (F).
