In the experiment to find emf of 2 cells in potentiometer to which terminal of galvanometer is the jockey connected positive or negative?

Not necessary. Because galvanometer measures current travelling through the two terminals.
But mostly we are connecting jockey to the positive of galvanometer and the cell connection to negative end.
