At every position in the journey, person will have two possible paths i.e., either (s)he can move rightword or upward.
Let horizontal movement be written as H and vertical movement be written as V.


From above diagram, some of the possible paths are
HHHHVVVV and HV HV HV HV.
Hence, every path is basically arrangement of 4 H and 4 V.
Total number of ways to reach B =8!4! 4!
=8×7×6×54×3×2×1=70
