The correct option is C 200 N
Considering all the blocks to be a single system ie. (10+10+10=30 kg), FBD of the system will be

F30gsin30°=30a
300150=30a
a=5 m/s2
Hence whole system will be accelerating upwards at 5 m/s2
Considering FBD of system combining blocks A and B,

TBC20gsin30°=20a
TBC=20(5)+100
TBC=200 N
