The correct option is C B3
Using the relation P=v2Rfor power rating of each bulb.

R1=(V)2P1=(200)250=800 Ω
R2=(V)2P2=(200)2100=200 Ω
R3=(V)2P3=(200)225=1600 Ω

All the three bulbs are in series thus current supplied by battery,

i=VReq=200R1+R2+R3

Also same current will pass through each bulb. Using relation for power consumed by bulb,

P=i2R.......(i)

R3>R1>R2 and i1=i2=i3=i

From Eq.(i)we get,

P3>P1>P2

Power consumed by bulb B3 is maximum hence it will glow the brightest.

B3 will give more light.
