The correct option is A $0.5 A, 1 Ω$
Applying V=IR across the resistance,

$I = \frac{V}{R} = \frac{(10.5 - 0.5) V}{20 Ω}$

$= \frac{10}{20} = 0.5 A$
Now since the current in the circuit remains same. Applying V=IR across diode,
Resistance of the Diode $= R = \frac{V}{I}$
$\Rightarrow \frac{0.5 v}{0.5 A} = 1 Ω$
