Circuit in s-domain

By applying KVL,

$\frac{12}{s} + \frac{I (s)}{s} (\frac{1}{C_{1}} + \frac{1}{C_{2}}) = 0$

$I (s) = - \frac{12 C_{1} C_{2}}{C_{1} + C_{2}} = k (c o n s t a n t)$

$\Rightarrow i (t) = k δ (t)$
