The correct option is A $15 V$
$I = (10 t + 5) A$
$\frac{d I}{d t} = 10 A / s =$ constant
At, $t = 0, I = 5 A$
Now $V_{A} - 3 \times 5 - 1 \times 10 + 10 = V_{B}$
$∴$ $V_{A} - V_{B} = 15 V$
