The correct option is B $220 V$ , $2.2 A$
As $V_{L} = V_{C} = 300 V,$ therefore the given series $L C R$ circuit is in resonance.
$∴ V_{R} = V = 220 V Z = R = 100 Ω$
Current, $I = \frac{V}{Z} = 2.2 A$
Hence, the reading of the voltmeter $V_{3}$ is $220 V$ and reading of ammeter $A$ is $2.2 A$ .
