Given AB || CD, RQ is the transversal.
RQD=ARQ=25° (Alternate interior angles)

Given PQ||RS, RQ is the transversal.
Then, SRB=PQC=60° (Alternate exterior angles).

ARS+SRB=180° (Linear pair)
ARS+60°=180°
ARS=120°

QRS=ARS+ARQ
QRS=120°+25°=145°
