Solution

The correct option is B 2n, n, 2n, 3n
The haploid plant of Nicotiana is obtained from the pollen or microspore culture as it contains half number of chromosome. The diploid Nicotiana plant can be raised by embryo and protoplast culture as somatic cells are used in such process. Endospem is formed by the triple fusion of two polar nuclei and one male nucleus and thus are triploid. The culture of endospem (triploid) produces triploid plant. Thus, the correct answer is '2n, n, 2n, 3n'.
